It’s easy to forget our feet when we have a shower or a bath, but it’s important you don’t. Washing regularly and completely drying feet afterwards will help prevent the development of foot fungus.

Arch Pain
Is generally associated with the feeling of burning in the arch of the foot and is often an sign of inflammation occurring. Although there are a number of potential causes, the most common is a condition called plantar fasciitis (which can also be the cause of heel pain). Most arch and heel pain can be easily treated by using the correct footwear, shock absorbing soles or if required custom orthotics to provide proper arch support and as a preventative to reoccurring inflammation.

All of our Podiatrists have completed a 4 year University degree and some have completed honours. In all our clinics you can have an appointment with either a male of female specialist. We also have an improvement and development program for our Podiatrists to ensure the most up to date treatment available to you.
